Where are your products made?

All of our creations are lovingly made in our small studio. Every item is designed, crafted, and packed with care to bring a joy to your home and office.

What material do you use?

Our 3D printed products are made from high-quality PLA filament. PLA is a biodegradable material commonly made from renewable resources such as cornstarch or sugarcane.

Are the products safe for children?

Our creations are designed primarily for older children and adults. While they are durable, they are not intended as toys for toddlers and should not be chewed on. Some items may contain small parts and are recommended for ages 10+.

How should I care for my product?

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat, as this can cause the material to warp. Dust gently with a soft cloth or small brush when needed.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Your order will be packed and shipped within 2–3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Where will my order ship from?

All orders will be shipped from the United States.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Most orders within the United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Please note that these timeframes are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Any available flat-rate or free shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I change, update, or cancel my order?

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order. Please make sure your information is correct before placing your order. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

Am I able to return or exchange my purchase?

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

Please contact us through the contact form to request return instructions. Be sure to include your name and order number in your message.

Return Requirements

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please include your name and order number inside the return package to ensure smooth processing.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
